What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, firm, role, email, phone if you give it, timing, situation, and description. When you visit, our servers log technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you request. With your consent, analytics cookies count visits and the pages read.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply, to send an NDA, and to discuss a possible engagement. We use technical data to run, secure, and improve the site, and to meet legal duties.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the site, deliver email, process the form, and provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Messages sent through the contact form, and the contact details in them, are deleted 24 months after our last exchange if no engagement follows. If an engagement follows, its records are kept for the length of the engagement and 7 years after it ends, to meet tax, accounting, and legal duties. Server logs are kept for 30 days, unless we need them longer to investigate a security issue. Analytics data, collected only if you accept analytics cookies, is kept for no more than 14 months. When a period ends, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to info@nobellink.co. You can change your cookie choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Residents of some states have further rights, and we honor them as the law requires.

Security

We protect personal information with reasonable measures, including access limited to named people and multi-factor authentication.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
