Private credit
When borrower reporting slips, we fix the systems behind it
We work with direct lenders and special situations teams when a borrower needs operating help, or reporting a lender can rely on. We read a borrower the way a lender does: liquidity, cash conversion, and the numbers behind the covenants.
Operating help
Operating help for a credit under pressure
We ran the technology and commercial workstreams in a lender-backed turnaround of a temperature-controlled logistics company. We worked under the interim CEO, through the sale of the company.
We start with a borrower diagnostic. Then we stabilize operations and reporting with management, before anything new is built.
Lender reporting
Reporting fixed at the source
Monitoring leans on periodic borrower reporting, and it is only as good as the data behind it.
We build the lender reporting package inside the borrower’s systems. The numbers behind the compliance certificate, the borrowing base, and the KPI pack then come from one source.

The 13-week cash flow and the covenant calculations trace back to the same ledger.
Early warning
Early warning lives in the borrower’s data
Drift shows up first in cash conversion, working capital, and the gap between reported and operating numbers.
We instrument those signals weekly, inside the borrower’s systems. What the lender sees, and how often, follows the written agreement.
Amendments
A plan the credit committee can check
When a borrower asks for an amend and extend, the plan behind the request has to hold up in the operating data.
We test it against the borrower’s systems: margin by customer and SKU, cash conversion, and what each initiative must deliver. The lender and the company work from the same numbers.
Monitoring platforms
Your monitoring platform needs better inputs
We stay tool-agnostic. Whatever platform the lender runs, we fix the borrower data feeding it: the ledger, the borrowing base inputs, and the KPI definitions.
Who we work for
Who we work for, stated plainly
A lender may engage us directly for a borrower diagnostic. Otherwise, the company engages and pays us, usually at the lender’s or sponsor’s request.
Management sees every number first. What the lender receives, and how often, is agreed in writing before work starts.
Where we fit
Where we fit across the life of a loan
From underwriting to recovery or exit, each stage lists what we deliver, from a borrower diagnostic to reporting built at the source.
